If variety is the spice of life, then Portland, Maine, is sizzling hot.
This summer, Portland, Maine, was named Bon Appetit’s 2018 Restaurant City of the Year. And the reaction has been swift among foodies and tourists as I’ve conversed with uber and lyft riders who decided to fly or drive here on a whim.
And while the author of the Bon Appetit article is spot on with regard to his recommendations, I’d like to chime into the food craze and give some of my suggestions for local places to eat. And to make it easier for you, here’s a google map!
